Brescia No Limits is a contest against oneself; a contest against one's own limits...
A race in the mountain with natural and artificial obstacles, to be run in self-sufficiency for almost 20 km in the mountains around Brescia.
A unique course that will put you in touch with the four elements:
earth, fire, water and air.
A sport event including all kinds of running, on and off road, where physical skills and endurance are badly strained, but, if you are not afraid of hard work, fun is guaranteed !!!
On the 3rd of July 2011 the third edition will take place, and it will be the synthesis of the best we experienced in the first and second editions.
The course will be the same of last year, with the charming passages among the walls of the Brescia castle, where you will really have to conquer the ancient medieval bastion, going through tunnels and stepping up old slopes.
Then you'll head for the wildest natural reserve of the city, the historical Ducos Park 1, a green oasis where lake flora and fauna have found a perfect habitat, as it was in 2009, the park will be fitted out with hanging bridges and low crawling passages.
Hundreds of turtles and wild geese will watch the athletes’ performances under the protection of ancient trees.
Afterwards in the Ducos Park 2, as it was in 2010, you will have to perform your skills wit canoe and then, befhours the arrival, by general request there will be new trials ..... let’s only say that you’ll get cool .... very cool ......
This year the organizers are preparing a great edition, that may satisfy both the lovers of hard and adventurous competitions and the lovers of play, who do some sport for fun. At the start the obstacles have been trebled, the hanging bridges and the canoes have been placed in a new way .... there are so many lakes at Ducos Park ..... The arrival has been modified with new trials, in order to close this unique race in the worthy way. Relying on the experience of the past editions, we have overdone ourselves to offer you the craziest race in Italy.
